Job Description

The role will be to work with a database of clients that are a mixture of existing, dormant and new contacts and get involved in all aspects of the sales process including building and maintaining your own business pipeline selling our Products & Services

Job Responsibilities

  • Make telephone calls to prospects
  • Generate leads to develop business from different sources
  • Understand their needs and pick up on additional or missing details to understand customer requirements, A good command of account profiling and a proven ability to navigate to key contacts
  • Follow up regularly to ensure lead conversion
  • Maintain customer/potential customer data base
  • Ability to develop maintain positive working relationship with client.
  • Regularly update the Business Development with customer issues
  • Book appointment for field sales team with the emphasis on high-quality leads.
  • Interacting with the customers and providing them the information about the company products and services.
  • Provide feedback and input to script and copy development
  • Record details of opportunities and lead notes

Competencies/ Skill Requirements

  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
  • Ability to think through a business both strategically and operationally
  • Should possess good listening skills and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure.
  • Good MS Office knowledge.
  • Any Industry/ Tele calling Experience is an added advantage.
  • Mature attitude with a capability to discuss business issues
  • Confident, self-motivated and commission driven
  • Friendly personality and team player
