Submission of Resignation Email/ Letter

An​​ employee intending to resign need to tender his/her resignation to his/her reporting manager with notice period as per his employment contract with company.

Reporting Manager will reply copy to HR Team with a clear acceptance or non-acceptance for​​ further processing. In the event of acceptance the date of relieving needs to be prescribed by reporting manager.​​ 

Note: The minimum notice period for a trainee/intern 30 days and for confirmed employees 45 days.

On mutual discussion manager will increase or decrease the notice period also based on business need, however if the notice period​​ decreases, the notice period salary will be given till his/her last working day only.

Procession of Resignation letter

For all the levels, the HR would accept the resignation after the acceptance from respective reporting manager.

HR needs to​​ formally communicate the acceptance or non-acceptance of resignation along with the date of relieving and copy of communication need to be marked to reporting manager.

Notice Period

Once an employee has sent resignation formally, he/she will not be​​ eligible for any leave- CL, SL, AL. Any leave during the notice period will lead to salary deduction or subsequent extension in notice period.

Relieving Letter

Employee must fill the Clearance form and get it signed by his/her reporting manager and​​ finance department after completing all the pending commitments.

After submitting the form in HR Department, the HR Manager will issue the Relieving letter

Full and Final Settlement

Based on the clearance form, notice period pending salary​​ and other financial pending amount (variable or incentive) will be cleared to the employee after 45 days​​ of his/her last working day in the company in form of F&F amount.

In case anyone is unable to serve the define notice period to the company and Reporting manager as well as the Director also agree, then the individual must make payment for the remaining days as per his/her salary to get his/her Relieving letter and F&F Cheque.
