We are looking for persuasive people to join us in developing effective formal relationships with customers/clients and respond promptly to their requirements or queries in every possible situation.
- Responsible for resolving pre-sales as well as post-sales queries via several mediums including calls/mails/skype/helpdesk/ social networking sites.
- Assigning technical queries put up by clients to concern technical departments for further improvements.
- Performing market research of the products is their major forte as they are solely responsible to deliver complete information of our products directly to customers.
- Explore & target new business leads & opportunities in software/mobile/web development domain (India/US/UK/AUS markets)
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Manage relationship with clients and ensure we have repeat business
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Act as a bridge between Clients and the dev team
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Keep a close track on to identify and monitor competitors and research market conditions or changes in the industry that may affect sales.
